I'm a certified Birth Doula, Homebirth Support Specialist, Body Ready Method Pro®, and Avnei HaChoshen Crystal Healing Practitioner.

I help Jewish women who have fear and uncertainty around their births have amazing homebirths that are beautiful, powerful, and ecstatic beyond their dreams!

I support you through my various services: in-person birth support in the New York City area, virtual prenatal consultations, and my birth pool rental, based in Crown Heights.

My specialty is the one-on-one, personalized attention and care I give you, holding your hand through every step of pregnancy and birth.

Supporting a mother and baby through what is perhaps the most pivotal and indelible transition in their lives is a dream, an honor, and a calling for me. It is my passion to hold the sacred space for birth to unfold in the way Hashem designed, being present for a mother to feel safe, find her deepest strengths, experience her power, and discover herself anew… and baby to make the transition into the world no longer with trauma, but rather presence, patience, deep trust, wonder, and fulfillment.

I provide gentle, encouraging support. I convey a deep trust in your ability to birth and your process. I deeply listen to what you need in the moment, holding space, being present for you, supporting you, and engendering feelings of reassurance and safety.​​​​
